mr. schnizzle, please accept my apology for butting here but from what I can see there is a lot of speculation going on. We really need to focus on what we know and now what we think. What exactly do we know?

1. Globetel owns the HotZone product and everything under that name.

2. Uli sold the product to Globetel for cash and stock. The current value of the stock is practically worthless and he is just like the rest of us longs here.

3. He entered into a consulting arrangement with Globetel thus providing some incentive for the company to do well.

4. He did not deliver on the German venture thus brings into question his marketing ability.

5. He has a vested interest in the success of Globetel based upon that consulting agreement and IF he has the stock he received for the purchase of his former company and product.

6. He is making the presentation to the Navy in June on Globetel's behalf for a product he developed yet is owned by Globetel.

Have I missed anything here? Just the facts and not speculation!

Now for the real speculation, why would Uli enter into an agreement with a company that many believed didnt deliver on the promises made to him when the company purchased his product and company?

My answer, is he has received the stock as part of that purchase and based upon the JV formed in Mexico and the long term growth potental of NMC believes that stock will be worth a lot of money in the future.

Trimax is in a marriage of convenience with Globetel and both companies could benefit from that relationship.

Trimax on its own is similar to his former company and although it does have the product and intellectual capacity it doesn't have the connections or the relationships to execute any marketing relationships thus needs Globetel.

Uli failed to deliver in Germany and the Russian Deal thus has little credibility regarding execution thus there is incentive now with his consulting fees as well as the potential increase in the value of his Globetel Stock to make this work and keep the marriage in tact.

Of course this is all pure speculation but makes sense to me.
