For the most part your reply to rachelelise is reasonable. The requirement for TPM-based platforms has taken far longer than it should have with what is at stake, and I expect that the standardization of TPM-based security software will take more time than it should as well. In the meantime, there are certainly opportunities for companies offering partial solutions focusing on user identity.

Comprehensive solutions must address both device authentication and user identity, and TPMs are an essential component. As the only company focused solely on interoperable TPM-based software, you acknowledge that Wave will "benefit greatly" "if they last". You seem to think that Wave will be acquired by a larger player before the end game. I think that the revenues from server-based software for FDE drives should be sufficient to keep Wave in business until a broader TPM-based network architecture emerges.
