What I hear is that the Federal Gov is mandating the OEM's like Dell, HP, CDWG and the others to include TPM in all their new systems which they purchase.

That being said, the reason most likely is that their purchasing cycles are far in between (numerous agencies still use Windows 98 & NT. They want TPM, for when they do decide to standardize on a software. When this happens you will see all the big kids on the block with their version of pre-boot & TPM software. I'm sure Wave, if they last will benefit greatly (most likely an acquisition prior the standardization).

It's great if you don't agree with me, just do me a favor and look at how long the DOD Biometric Working Group has been around (HSPD-12 is going to be the first real logical access roll out for biometrics within the fed space). Companies such as BNX, Saflink, I/O Software and Digital Persona have died or been financially devastated by all the resources they put into the space during the 90's.
