And... if they wanted to support the company...

would they buy shares in the open market to prop up the PPS for us?

or would they work a private placement with NNSR to see the money funded the merger and continued ops of the company?

They might not give a rip about the daily PPS on the open market! Survival and completion of the merger are issues not taken lightly...

might lead to some creative financing arrangements!
