and still nobody is buying. Not wealthy investors or less than wealthy investors.

Many have lost faith in NNSR because of lack of news/production.

No heavy dumping is going on, but someone is hell bent on moving this lower and/or keeping it in the shitter.

Do I beleive those wealthy investors want to lose their cash? NO! But what is the reason they aren't buying any more shares? Your guess is as good as mine.

Is everyone going to wait until the news hits and buy as the PPS rises? Or, have they already written off the loss and are just waiting to see what happens?

The market works off speculation. And judging by the trading action, it seems to me, many are not speculating any fabulous results in the near future.
