Intent? The idea behind investment is to get others to fund your ventures and share in the profits, not tossing all of your own money into it. Ignoring your offer has nothing to do with the future Peter has planned for this company. I doubt any shareholders will think twice when you post news of Peter rejecting your offer to sell.

Buy my shares or WHAT? If you truely are representing majority shareholders as you claim, I'm sure you can predict that your announcement will do nothing more than piss off those you represent and possibly put a small dent in the share value. Sounds like you're screwed one way, and the other you're just screwing yourself.
