This offer was made privately and ignored. If Mr. Fiorillo does not respond the people represented will publicly state that it was rejected and question the intent Mr Fiorillo has when he touts the strength and future of RXPC. Do not discount the message. We look forward to his response. After that, we will entertain other offers after receiving his offer. We have identified another group of stockholders with a few million more shares to release.
