The greater draw back to "pre-pays" in all businesses...you're only as good as yur last sale. You can't assume going forward a predictable amount of renewals. Having said that...I'm sure this is where VPN steps in and says it's the only way to conduct business in this particular socio-economic segment.

I believe it's going to be a much tougher sale then the J.V. is promoting. Of course we don't know what VPN thinks...only GTEM.PK. I also wonder how many homes in Hidalgo have PCs @ the ready?
