Prepay means no Accts Recvble. I see that as a positive for this or any company. This is an internet-on-demand Wi-Fi product like what T-Mobile operates in Starbucks and other providers offer in airports and other public places. "You want to be abe to use your laptop and get internet here? We got you covered. Pay up." This is even a popular business plan in the states.
