This class-action suit is a joke- It is a pharce for it to continue! I do not believe Globetel will attempt to settle. I also do not believe the attorneys will put much more money or effort into it. The suit has already served its original purpose. The shorts have made a fortune off of it. The suit has no plantiffs who are willing to shell out money to continue it. Globetel should just continue to file motions until the crooked attorneys drop it. I wish we had a wise judge that could look at the facts and recognize this for what it is!!!

Huff and the rest of the crew did not have malicious intent. They did not pump the stock in an effort to dump shares.
The plantiffs will be unable to prove that either one of these are true!!! The Russians will not appear and they are key witnesses. How could you continue?
