I'm not sure why people are hung up on the lawsuit initiated by several individuals who do not represent our shareholders. Unless 50% of shares were held by those individuals, they do qualify for representing nobody but themselves. The lawyers will go back and ask them they need more money to proceed with additional filing by April 27th. There were any trading activities by the former ceo to gain profit as a result of so-called "reckless" statements. The most difficult part is how to define transaction periods to award a scale down paybacks ( in the worst case assumption) to the sharesholders in general which took 5 years in the case of Nortel.
