Nerd, simply based on today's ruling, neither you nor I can really say what you just stated as a fact. As indicated earlier, failure to grant a motion to dismiss is the rule not the exception. I don't know Huff personally, but Vern states that he is a very honest man and would not lie. That he believed in the contract with the Russians, but did not want to announce it until he had money in hand seems relevant to me.
P.S. Re burning cash, Huff won't charge GTEM to be deposed, and if plaintiff attorneys want to conduct discovery, or obtain any depositions, they will incur the cost, not GTEM (except for Leinwand's attendance at any depostion, for which Leinwand, as corporate counsel, will not charge extra for)>
