Yes I was and it was stated that the AMEX required the announcement. I don't think that is a defense in this case. They didn't write the announcement, Huff did.

You must get that no matter how "GOOD, RIGHT and TRUE" this announcement could be, If inference is allowed as evidence, GlobeTel is cooked. There have been far too many announcements that were on the edge of not true that you can not allow this case to go to a jury.
