Risk, Those were the words this company used in the 8K sort of like a disclaimer. They probably want to protect themselves in case something else comes up. I guess you can't get a straight answer from any company nowadays.

"There is no great honor these days in being a long (very long).......
Not a lot of profit either it seems."
