Now I'll have to side with any company on this statement. That's total sec bs. If you terminate an investigation and publicly state that no action was taken that should be it. It's not right to rub salt in a companies wound. If it's over it's over even with gtem's investigation. That type of statement does nothing but harm the shareholder. What a crock.
