If WAVX's software is no different from the others out there and so easily duplictated how come Dell, Seagate, Intel, Gateway and 5 out of 6 TPM providers are paying WAVX for it?

I don't think any of the above company's are into giving money to non-charitable organizations or for that matter having their company name associated with a company that is just scamming investors to make a buck.
