We can agree to disagree then. I stated and have stated there is no Articles of Merger on file with the SOS Nevada on SLJB. That does mean that Sulja Canada and Loftwerks never merged. The SPAC in Nevada is the corporate vehicle that should have been used to merge Loftwerks and Sulja Canada and nothing was done.

Fact; SLJB is in fact Loftwerks, Inc after the name change ammenments in July and the filing with the SEC on a name and symbol change which changed LFWK to SLJB. That is all that took place. Please provide your documented proof of the "13 e going private buyout". Imho the documented proof I provided you both apply and are the only relevent documented proof that I have viewed anywhere.

No idea where you are coming up with "Canadian offshore corp"!

Finally it is my opinion that there was a stock transfer of some kind that may have conveyed Sulja Canada ownership to the Sulja Nevada corporate shell. I have this from multiple sources and many of the "in the company know" longs seem very confident that this is the case. This was done after the crash on November 16 to try to right the wrong! JMHO!
