binzur, all the "entities" and docs/filings you posted to me both here and privately are meanigless and irrelevant. You're not getting the point. Sulja Ltd acquired Loftwerk's "public vehicle", the LFWK o/s. That is called a GOING PRIVATE BUYOUT, Rule 13e. That means Loftwerks went private and Sulja Ltd took an empty shell NV corp public. There needs to be a business combination/merger between SLJB, the empty shell NV corp & the Canadian offshore corp, fka Loftwerks, now of the same name, that went private with all the assets for there to be Canadian Sulja equity in an SLJB investment.
In all the docs, entities & filings you shoveled my way, there is no CERTIFICATE OF MERGER FILED. So the Canadian offshore corp is not a part of the Sulja consolidated group and not part of a SLJB investment.
