I am not surprised. People are getting damn tired of our incompetent government.

10 years ago, this case would have resulted in a conviction, but there is so much backlash against the tactics of our govt and the current fascist political climate that the jury probably just wanted to send it a message.

The sting was absurd. They taught Bolt how to set up a kickback and then prosecuted him when he tried to do it?

They had more than enough on Bolt in the GECC case, but didn't do a damn thing to him then. Instead, they set up a bogus financing scam and then tried to bust him for reaching for the booty.

They should have nailed him for his own scam instead of trying to prosecute him for their own
