Butt he was never "at best"; nott even once in his vapid, criminole life of onanistic thievery. If a human could be best compared to a sewer ratt, Jimbo would be that person.

Great Elm Capital Corp. was assigned the ticker GECC. When FINRA deletes an OTC ticker/symbol that ticker/symbol becomes available for reassignment after an appropriate time lapse to disassociate from the previous company, ie., National Hispanic TV Network, (fka GECC).
