Hey Jim, we have no idea if these are real or manufactured emails - you conveniently leave out the name and email address of the alleged sender. Also, the wire harness was replaced/repaired and the strat has flown since then, with its engines and propulsion system working flawlessly. You have no idea of the sequence of events, but the latest test was successful and the problem fixed, so stop living in the past.

BTW, the company has pr'd that the wire harness failed and that it was fixed. I'm not sure that a wire harness burning out is a material event either; the airship failing, yes, but not the replacement of a part. And I'm not trying to play games here. Do we get news releases from Boeing, Lockheed, Northrup, etc. each and every time part of a test fails or a particular part burns out? I think not. GTEM was able to do the float test and test several systems in December, and then when the new wire harness was received, test the engines as well as the propulsion systems. And, if you think GTEM had not previously successfully tested the engines many times in the hangar prior to the December test, then you are sadly mistaken. You cannot see the forest for the trees.

You and the alleged sender of these emails seem oblivious as to the nature of developing and building a new type of aircraft from scratch. As Nerd says, testing is to discover and fix the problems. I'd like to see you and the alleged sender of these emails design, develop, and build a stratellite that has industry giants like Raytheon interested.
