I do not like your wiseguy remarks that you will pay the past due retainer when you get around to it.

In the past, we have had a few other clients who have attempted to string us out. This has never sat well with me in business.

With that said, we know exactly how to remedy this situation immediately by taking the appropriate legal remedies to recover the outstanding amount.

Quite personally, on many occasions Globetel/Sanwrire have not been forthcoming
on information I gave to the press. I have never had clients misrepresent in over thirty years.

Globetel/Sanswire should have contacted me the night before the Stratellite demonstration on Thursday, December 14, 2006, to explain that the wire harness burned out and that the Stratellite\'s propellers would not work, thereby changing around your pre flight tests to a float test, by using ropes and filing the Stratellite with Helium. Car companies do the same thing with ropes on a whale that fly over the car dealerships in California. Anyone can mound a camera too!

Did you have FAA and USAF clearance for this test? This was total misrepresentation to the media and public. I would have canceled the filming and newspaper stories. I believe this to be fraudulent and deceptive for a public company.

This is why I had Mr. Murch explain the situation on camera and to the newspaper so that I could protect my corporation and created a paper trail.

Again, in light of Mr. Murch\'s remarks. This is why we resigned from your company as your outside media. There are just to many stories that are misleading in my opinion.
Obviously, the Amercian Exchange and SEC may have similar opinions. N\'est pas?

I work in government service and have heard many stories. There is no insurance policy for a corporate name.

When are you and Robert Bleckman going to tell the SEC and the public what really happened on Thursday, December 14, 2006. Is going to be a cover up?

A material event happened and you failed to make the announcement that Doug Murch burned the wire harness prior to the big event of December 14,2006.

I mentioned if there were any problems and the Stratellite would not fly that I would cancel the media. You lied to me and the public about the fact the Stratellite would not fly. Most of all, you failed to mention in the press release that went public December 14, 2006.

I could have gone down to a party store and bought a balloon filled with helium and mounted a camera on the balloon.

The Discovery Channel has footage for a segment where Doug Murch says on videotape that his team burned the wire harness, the night before. I asked you directly the morning of December 14, 2006, if the airship was going to fly. You said, Yes but you did not tell me
that the wire harness was burned up. The tethered test is not a flying airship, especially when, you cannot turn the engine on or the rest of systems because of the burned wire harness. When is the airship going to fly? You said two weeks and that was back in December.

resolved by a settlement and no finding of liability.

I didn\'t speak to you about the wire harness or anything prior to the
Strat demo, nor did I know any of the technical parameters and their
materiality. You were on the ground there and apparently Doug Murch
told you from what you wrote below.
