L2V-What in the world are you talkin about? I used to think that you had some reasoning skills,but now you've got me wondering,with some of these off the wall rants recently.When you start resembling arthritis in your posting,maybe it is time to step back and reassess.Product is going to be ready for interoperability testing maybe in the 4th qtr,and then has to be marketed against stiff competition.More litigation is the last resort,I hope,because all that ever happens is a negotiated settlement,after years of needless costs.My hope is that FRAND will somehow be defined in the qcom/nok battle and that we can negotiate licenses with the remaining tier 1 companies based upon a guideline that is deemed reasonable for all.jmo
