Freudian slip? Your greatest fear comes to light??...... You said;

"There has to be some catalyst that maybe we don't see, that will break this stalemate without infringement suits."

And this interested observer thinks the "some catalyst" you were not meaning to talk about is the fact that IDCC is about to begin offering their technology all packaged and ready for use as a fully integrated product platform, i.e., "Yikes! The Tiawanese ODMs will eat our lunch AND dinner." LOL!

Yep, that's what it looks like in my crystal ball. IDCC is not going to play the rigged, expensive, unreliable, time consuming and impotent legal game that you have been spoiling for.

Nope, IDCC is going to break pattern and attack on a parallel front by putting their patented technology into play as a set of fully integrated products that your properly licensed competition can use to take your market share, AND your prifits. Tic, Toc, fun to watch.
