"The main thing is will get to the 3rd phase"

They said the third phase was about to start 3 years ago. This is probably going to be a long, slow 3-4 months of no significant news. The share price will slowly drop back to the .0003 to .0005 range as the MM's buy back the shares they sold mostly in the .0014 to .0024 range for another eventual pump.
