My opinion is that a reverse split will probably have to be done before a JV is brought in!!! Because of all the hicupps to get this far, I think there way to many shares out, I could be wrong. The main thing is will get to the 3rd phase -- I hope all the indicators are correct and we will have one of the first discoveries in the good ole US of A!!!!
