Why ask if a retail investor can short a stock?

Most already know the answer is no.
Hedge funds can and do.
The interesting thing is how easy it is
to start a hedge fund anymore.

Let's get back on Topic.
This is drifting OT.

The real question is:
Right now, is there any viable on topic discussion
of IDWD? I'm doubtful.

My opinion is just that, my opinion.
