Not a clue.
Saw it on RB in a post
and the list seems to be accurate.
DCBI quit trading which is one I dumped
a couple weeks back for a small loss.
Then DCBI began a pump and dump
where it looks like it's being shorted.
Now this halt in the middle of the pump & dump.

I'm surprised IDWD isn't on that list.
Maybe it will be on another one tomorrow.

My opinion is just that, my opinion.
So make no investment decisions based on my opinion.
