If you read Janice Shell posts here on IHUB, she states emphatically that a symbol change because of a merger does NOT force shorts to cover. Only a cash dividend will get the job done, and of course, ongoing LONG buying like we've had the last five days.

When she speaks EMPHATICALLY about a matter, she seems to know what she's talking about.
