NOTE: Short interest was bumped up from 12/15/22 to 12/30/22 to take the stock below $5.
In the summer of 2022 short interest was at 20 million for three reporting periods, then they were able to cover about two million. Short interest went back to the 19-20 million range for the EOY dump and has only been reduced slightly because the company raised additional funds. Lightwave now has a year's worth of operating funds in the bank.
I believe most longs are holding and the reason the stock can be taken down so easily is that manipulators are wash trading non-existent shares.

NOTHING BAD HAPPENED, the DEALS have begun.
Imminent "DEALS" will be revealed when the parties involved are ready to announce their new products. Contracts have been signed, but they are most certainly under NDA. Despite massive AI manipulation shorts have been unable to cover.
