My favorite response of hers was when she was asked by a stockholder about the Synergy deal that was announced by the company, her response was that she would comment on that, when the BOD gave her the OK. SHE IS ON THE BOD!. Not surprised that we never heard from her or anyone else on the that laughable BOD, about that SYNERGY deal again. Her, allowing that deal to be announced to the stockholders, was amateur and deceitful, to say the least.
