Kelly even said that you could pick up the damn phone and call her with any questions you have.

Unfortunately, she won't ANSWER any question that matters. But you can certainly ASK.

Her favorite response? "We'll release a PR when it's appropriate." As opposed to what -- releasing PR's when it's NOT appropriate? Kind of a no-brainer, when you think about it. But I guess BIEL management doesn't put much thought into their excuses.

A FB poster asked "Kelly thanks for responding I understand your point, can you at least tell us if BIEL is taking any steps in favor of NOPAIN Act that's coming in few months?" Kelly's reply was:

we do not yet have access to the data from Dr. Ilfeld's study as it was investigator sponsored and paid. We assume that the results are positive, and expect to be able to use that data to substantiate our position that RecoveryRx should be covered under the NOPAIN Act.

Now we DO have access to the data from Ilfeld's study and it shows the ActiPatch group using MORE opioids. In other words, the results are NEGATIVE. What has Kelly done since that data was revealed to be unusable?

Pick up the damn phone and call Kelly.
