Jay was WAY over weight. I didn't starve the kid, I just insisted he eat the meals I cooked and have healthy snacks. How can a kid learn what's good for him if no one shows him? I remember one night we had ribs.......HE was not only covered in sauce, it was all over the bathroom door after I sent him to clean up. NOT just the door knob, on the bottom of the door........INSIDE....how he did that is STILL a mystery to me.
