I must admit my son eats way too much junk and not enough fruits and veggies, but he isn't obese. I do try to limit it somewhat though. He begs for sodas, and I do buy them occassionally but he's gotten used to grabbing a bottle of water out of the fridge or getting a glass of orange juice. If he was overweight (and he's not even close, he's pretty slim) you can get your ass he'd get NO junk food at all! Period! No matter how much he whined!
