The best analogy for pediatric Rett

That's a decent analogy. I have prevously posted that I view EXCELLENCE as a "technical" failure, giving credibility to the positive clinical signals but recognizing that the failure to meet established endpoints. However, viewed from the normal pass/fail metrics of endpoints, "failure" is an appropriate characterization/label in my opinion. To outright deny that EXCELLENCE was a trial failure, as George does without any qualifications, is pure BS. If EXCELLENCE has truly been a "success", AVXL could have already filed an NDA.
