Problay why the company did not even comment they are likely solely focused on ROW and Europe now. Whey waste all that time on money to try and gain back the USA which will take years and money would become an issue. Let the BP worry about that. One way or another AMRN will likely not be around in a few years so this is not a path they need to go down now.
