The 25% revenue loss is an absolute killer because it is not currently being offset buy ROW revenue. So yes most new investors are not going to have any interest in a stock with declining revenue. Things are moving far to slowly at this point to even likely generate any real interest from the market. The best is simply a sale to a BP in the next year once the get it back over a buck which the BB may have to be used to do.
