Given Amarin's bad fortunes over the last four years, I imagine a lot of investors are betting that Amarin fails to win approval of the share buyback or that the recent revelation that 25 percent of its revenues could go out the window on July 1 offsets any positive effect of a buyback. Or they worry Amarin will start burning cash at a rapid rate after a buyback.

With all of KM's blabber about Amarin will generate a billion in revenue here and a billion in revenue there blah, blah, blah, the company's failure to generate even $10 million in revenue anywhere else in the world, even collectively, to this point has to leave everyone discouraged.
