It is the responsibility of the lawyers, the SEC lawyers to convince the judge that revocation was the right decision. Revocation was already issued by another judge and the lawyers had the upper hand. With another judge's decision, on their side, the lawyers failed to convince Judge Florak. They failed because they were incompetent. A good lawyer would have easily won for revocation. There was no fines or alternate penalties. This set in motion a mess that went on for years. A petition of review that was never settled. Only settlement in the whole case was cause by the incompetent SEC who did not want lawsuits and gave up and released 42 companies including DBMM to normal trading because of an internal breach. We still do not know what information was breached or if the whole internal breach scenario was made up just to clear the books. Good luck to all !!!!!
