For the billionth time, the SEC lawyers WON the case - THE ALLEGATIONS IN THE OIP WERE PROVEN.

It was the judge, who for some reason didnt listen to the case, and chose to effect her own version of the law.

In the end the case was thrown out due to technicalities, NOT because anyone won or lost.

But you keep pumping your own version of things.
