"How is it possible to execute an agreement and commit funding with an entity which wasn't yet formed? Furthermore, how was is possible for ARC Energy to contract with PNOC on the housing project without being formed ?"

This is our fifth agreement and first licensed Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement, outside North America. The Company has worked with Mr. Canete for over a year on this development and now formal licensing. ARC Energy is led by well-seasoned real estate executives, and business development professionals. "
