Thanks for the lookup. Looking at the SEC Number format which contains YEAR_MONTH for SOL Arc energy (not related I believe),

Based on ARC ENERGY INC's SEC number 2024050148684-08, I deduce it was formed on May 2nd, shortly before the May 6th press release in which is stated :

executed a Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement (“Agreement”) with ARC Energy, Inc. (“ARC Energy”), located at BCS Prime Building, Third Floor, 2297 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City, NCR, Philippines. The Agreement was executed and made effective on March 28, 2024 with funding committed on April 30, 2024.

How is it possible to execute an agreement and commit funding with an entity which wasn't yet formed? Furthermore, how was is possible for ARC Energy to contract with PNOC on the housing project without being formed ?
