Prob what it will come down to, if it’s worth their time and effort to fight back or just move on.

If there’s a way to move on and still offer something to the prior ENZC longs (as of some determined date of record), such as shares in the new company or something, it’s probably in everyone’s best interest to do that. Harry seems like a Savov type, who even in the wrong, will fight this thing to the bitter end in a long drawn out mess that really doesn’t benefit anyone.
