$ENZC For all, just some thoughts here, The " Curious Case of ENZC" still has some chapters to go it appears.

1. KOP , for all , is an actual attorney , hence why for some time now (well over a year plus) he is able to find these legal docs very quickly , along with other legal filings. HE is always careful on what he post(s) in his statements and just sticks with the filing or disclosure of legal documents in the past. Interesting he is putting some of his own thoughts currently. Time will tell, but lets see there.

2. It is very apparent that Harry Z , took some actions on his own and from all indicatons did on his own pushing buttons , getting with Barry K on that ridiculous PR, along with pulling strings now with Steve Sharabura , who HAS NO idea or experience in OTC LAND. Was put there by the infamous Billy Ray as a "Front person" to be a buffer for Harry Z (they go way back to IMMB together) and his on going legal issues under the Robusto Med shell division.

3. Crotopia and Chandra (with Joe C) MAY have retained their Common and Preferred A shares SINCE THE SAGA DEAL never was finalized (forget the PR and statements on those shares going for the sale of BGEN and VIRO, it was NEVER COMPLETED). SAGA is NOT LISTED any longer in NASDAQ, it is NOT LISTED in OTC MARKETS . (Even though Steve S who knows nothing about OTC Land, said they were going to "TRY" LOL) . So there was NEVER any 450 Million dollars (EVER) just the supposed shares from all, WHERE ARE THOSE SHARES NOW one should ask. One can expect LEGALLY Charles Cotropia knows and probably has Harry Z in the "Cross hairs", and may just be waiting to see if it is worth it at this point to pull the trigger.

4. HARRY Z got backed into a corner and tried to pull the rug out from under the Three C's , with that "KNEE JERK" PR that came out with all the silliness of the SPECIAL MEETING with the SHAREHOLDERS (he via the Zhabilov Trust which is Diana Z and another name from the IMMB Past Felizian Paul) making what was supposed left of the Preferred A Shares. Harry never filed any required departure 8-k of Charles or Chandra which is required to do so . In fact the "Change of Control" Form is really not a SEC form , it is not ANY FORM, other than referring to a description from OTC Markets version 2.0 that was updated last year in 2023. Also in OTC Markets as of today there is NO CEO listed , or for that matter STEVE SHARABURA is not listed as CEO (only as President on that memo). The PR said Sharabura was the new CEO, wrong not listed anywhere as that title. Harry Z shanigans at work again
