SHMP has not been able to complete Step C because they have very limited sales, extraordinarily high overhead, and their selling prices are so far above the rest of the shrimp market, and management has absolutely no problem outright lying to their shareholders.

Then there is the refit of the five buildings in Iowa. They hinted all five were being done, then said two were done, only later to admit one is finished and the second still needs another $75.000 - $100,000 to complete, so really only one building has been completed.

But as Gerald says “We’re still in business”

That is why they are damn near insolvent, in my opinion

NSI has not been able to complete step C, not because of their actions, but market conditions.
