There is a natural progression that almost every disruptive technology takes. Eliminate or delay one of the steps, and the company's progress is delayed. SHMP's history began as A) Private Company with VC investment B) OTCQB uplist and public company financing to develop the technology change-out C) graduate to senior exchange i.e. NASDAQ/NYSE/AMEX and next round(s) of financing are institutional. NSI has not been able to complete step C, not because of their actions, but market conditions. OTC funding has been eliminated by the SEC, hence a majority of OTC companies will be gone due to lack of available capital. The same thing has happened the last two years on the NASDAQ. They have not allowed small IPO's and uplists, and concurrently, are eliminating listed companies at an accelerated rate. Reasons are unknown for this action. That is why the small tier NASDAQ's (AQB, BSFC, $ASF) will all be gone-Lack of available financing.
