She filed something wayyyy back, maybe 2004 that got them out of AGMs. I think it was a type of 'unless someone objects' thing and most found out when it appeared in a filing of done deals.
Dont quote me on that, I remember it happening but not any official paperwork, but Im sure you know who will correct everything.
