Speaking of meetings?

I'd like to know when DBMM is going to have an annual shareholders meeting. I don't believe I have EVER seen them have a SINGLE shareholders meeting!

By the rules of incorporation in Florida (I believe the record shows they were incorporated in Florida), they are required to hold an annual meeting every year.

Somehow, DBMM has conveniently sidestepped yet another requirement.

Funny how Linda is able to slither around things like that.
