Patents have not done much for TSOI investors. Just look at the pps. Quadramune has not fared well in the market. Sales are relatively low and they have flatlined/decreased (which is not surprising given that it was touted as a Covid treatment, despite no registered trials ever being completed to bolster such claims).

Really excellent news would be a funding agreement that did not require BILLIONS of shares of dilution and a clinical trial that was actually started/advanced. This is early bio investing after all.

TSOI is not really right back where it started. It has ~3 Billion more shares than it had when it was at these woeful pps levels earlier. I don't think it was being sued for fraud at that point or whining about U of M all the time either. OS has certainly expanded. Clinical trials/progression towards real commercialization...not so much
