Maybe I'm reading too far into "IBAT will immediately begin mobilizing the MDLE plant to the customer’s site where it will be integrated into existing production facilities."

And

"The Customer is a significant producer of metals and minerals including the production of battery grade lithium carbonate."

There are only 2 carbonate producer in the United States. Both are Western United States- Albermarle at Silver Peak & US Magnesium LLC in Utah.
